Are all products Pre-Order?


- No, some products are Ready Stock products, it will be stated in the product's description or there will be "Ready Stock" label shown.




How long is the ETA for Pre-Order products?


- The ETA is around 2 to 3 weeks for the item to arrive to our base. - The ETA to your delivery address is around less than 2 weeks and that is depending on the sea/weather condition as the shipment is being ship via sea route.




What is the quality of Major W's products?


- Some products are Original but most of the products' quality is Copy Original 1:1. Please see the description.




Do Major W & Maryaa have a physical shop?


- Coming soon! - As of now, shop through our Instagram, Facebook and Website.




What is the currency in all the prices?


- Singapore Dollar (SGD)




Do you offer your service to all countries around the globe?


- Unfortunately we don't. - We offer our services limited only to Brunei, Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore.




How do I pay for my order?


- Payment by Bank Transfer or any payment transfer method that is available in your country. - Contact us by clicking chat section on bottom left or directly text us by Whatsapp or e-mail to proceed the payment.

What delivery options are available?


- We offer 2 delivery options; by Air and by Sea. - The delivery costs will be based on your location, where you are having your order delivered to and the total weight & dimensions of your order.




Has my order been dispatched yet?


- As soon as your order is dispatched from us, you will be sent an email to confirm it's on its way.




How can I track my order?


- We will send you an email which include Tracking Reference Number and a link for you to track your parcel.




What is your returns policy?


- All goods must be return in their original condition, which includes any packaging; original shoe box, any tags attached and in new condition, unless otherwise. - Items returned are not be refunded. Customers can choose to exchange returned item with items of equal value. - For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for items not received. - We will not be responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. Proof of postage will not be accepted/deemed as proof of receipt/delivery. You should take reasonable care to ensure that the items returned to us are not damaged in transit and if appropriate, arrange suitable insurance.




Can I get a refund or cancel my order?


- No cancellation of order or refund will be entertained. - The items can only be exchange with other item with equal value.
